SHOP LOCAL, PICK UP LOCAL

Pickup & returns.

Confirm, then collect.

Our collection point is 1P19-9390 Woodbine Avenue, Markham, ON L6C 0M5. Product guide listings are an invitation to ask about an item; they are not a guarantee of stock, a price quote or a reservation.

For items with confirmed online stock and prices, place a pickup order through the shopping bag. We’ll contact you when the order is ready. Wait for that confirmation and agree on a pickup time before travelling.

Prices & payment

All displayed prices are in Canadian dollars. Checkout shows applicable tax and the total before you submit. Payment is made at the store; this website does not collect card information. Availability requests have no charge or payment obligation.

Changes & cancellations

Contact us before collection if you need to change or cancel an order. Include your order reference so we can locate it. We’ll confirm any changes with you.

Returns & product concerns

Please contact the store before bringing a return. Keep your receipt and original packaging. Eligibility depends on the item, its condition and the reason for return; confirm the item’s return terms with us before purchase. If an item is damaged, incorrect or appears unsafe, contact us promptly with the product name and batch details. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Same-day delivery

Request delivery in York Region through our delivery page. We confirm stock, coverage, delivery fees, timing and payment arrangements before accepting your delivery order. A pickup checkout does not include delivery. Canada-wide postal shipping is not offered.
